Common Questions

How are prayer times calculated?

Prayer times are calculated locally on your device using your selected city or approximate location, timezone, and calculation method.

Calculated times may differ from those published by a local mosque or religious authority. If there is a difference, follow the authority you trust.

Does Tsbeeh require an internet connection?

No. Tsbeeh is designed to operate offline. Its city list and prayer-time calculations are included in the application.

Does Tsbeeh collect my information?

No. Tsbeeh does not require an account and does not send your location, praise history, or usage information to Nawacode.

Read the complete Tsbeeh Privacy Policy.

Why does Tsbeeh request location permission?

Approximate location is used locally to identify a nearby city and calculate prayer times.

You can decline location access and select a city manually from the bundled offline list.

Why does Tsbeeh request notification permission?

Notification permission allows Tsbeeh to schedule quiet reminders after prayer times.

Notifications are optional and can be disabled through your device settings.

Why did a reminder arrive late or not appear?

Android and iOS may delay or suppress notifications because of battery optimization, Focus modes, notification settings, device restarts, or operating-system scheduling policies.

Check that:

  • Notifications are enabled for Tsbeeh.
  • Focus or Do Not Disturb settings allow the notification.
  • Battery restrictions are not preventing background scheduling.
  • Your selected city and timezone are correct.
How do I change the application language?

Open Settings in Tsbeeh and select Arabic or English. The interface changes without restarting the application.

How do I change my city or location?

Open Settings and review your prayer location. Choose approximate location or select a city manually.

When does a prayer’s tasbeeh session close?

Each session opens at its prayer’s Athan and closes when the next prayer begins. The Isha session closes at local midnight.

A closed session cannot be reopened or incremented.

How is daily progress calculated?

Each prayer contains:

  • 33 × SubhanAllah
  • 33 × Alhamdulillah
  • 33 × Allahu akbar
  • One closing phrase

This produces 100 praises per prayer and 500 praises across the five daily prayers.

How long is history retained?

Tsbeeh retains up to 30 days of praise history on your device.

How do I delete my data?

Tsbeeh has no account or cloud copy of your data. Uninstalling the application deletes its locally stored application data, subject to your operating system’s behavior.

Can my data be restored or transferred?

No. Tsbeeh does not provide cloud backup, synchronization, export, or device-to-device transfer.
